For more than twenty years, he has dedicated his career to international development, public service, and infrastructure delivery—bringing essential facilities to underserved, remote, and conflict‑affected areas across the country.

His journey reflects not only technical excellence, but a deep belief that engineering is a form of service.

🌍 A Career Built on Development and Public Service

Engr. Radzmier has spent more than two decades working in international development and public service, contributing to major programs funded by:

  • USAID
  • Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC)
  • AusAID
  • United Nations

His engineering work has focused on delivering essential infrastructure to communities that need it most:

  • Roads and bridges
  • Water supply systems
  • Community facilities
  • Projects in remote and conflict‑affected areas

These projects have improved access, mobility, and opportunity for countless families across the Philippines.

🇺🇳 Serving Mindanao Through the United Nations

Today, Engr. Radzmier serves as a Construction Manager with the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) in Mindanao. He oversees infrastructure programs that support peacebuilding, resilience, and inclusive development across the region.

In 2025, he received the Quality and Standards Award from the UNOPS EAMPCO Office—a milestone that reflects his professionalism, discipline, and commitment to excellence.

He describes the award as a meaningful moment shaped by the values he learned during his academic years at WMSU.

🏗️ Expertise in Infrastructure and Project Leadership

His professional focus is on construction project management, supported by extensive experience in:

  • Infrastructure contracts and procurement
  • Public–Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives
  • Project development and planning

From national road and bridge programs to community‑level facilities with immediate social impact, he has seen how thoughtful planning and strong project leadership can turn infrastructure investments into lasting public benefit.

🧭 A Balanced Life: Movement, Nature, and “Meowgineering”

Outside of work, Engr. Radzmier values staying active and connected. He enjoys:

  • Motorcycle rides
  • Long car drives
  • Running
  • Nature trips

He is also a cat lover—so much so that friends and colleagues affectionately call him a “meowgineer.” These interests keep him grounded and balanced amid the demands of development work.
