Jemmhar Saral Bandaying, a proud Tausug and native of Sinunuc, Zamboanga City, stands among these remarkable individuals. With over 20 years of progressive experience in civil engineering and construction management, he has become a respected figure in Qatar’s infrastructure development.

Today, we honor his story—rooted in Tausug strength, Zamboangueño grit, and the excellence of CE Batch 2001.

His roots in Sinunuc, a coastal barangay known for its hardworking Tausug community, shaped his humility and perseverance during these early years.
